Path Towards Coherence Program

The Path Towards Coherence is a program of guidance to understand more deeply our stressors, stress responses, belief horizons, and the neural-emotional patterns that not only determine these responses and beliefs, but also many of our behavioral patterns.

 

Stress affects us all, but how it affects us is unique and individual. We can be physiologically experiencing stress yet mentally numb to it because we’ve become so accustomed to it that it can even start to 'feel' normal. Yet the small stresses accumulate quickly and we may not realise how much they’re impairing our mental and emotional clarity alongside our overall health and performance until it shows up as a bad decision, an overreaction or an unwanted illness.

 

Once we better understand how stress impacts health and performance, we can then explore our existing stressors and stress responses.  We don’t have to be at the mercy of what the world decides to throw our way. When we can become more aware of stressful situations and how they are affecting us, we can control how we respond to 'stress' before it manifests as a physical, mental or emotional complaint.

This program consists of seven modules delivered over seven months, alongside fourteen one hour coaching sessions providing tools and techniques to create new neural-emotional architecture. We will explore concepts like belief horizons, resilience, finished thoughts, stress physiology, self-worth, subcultures, co-authors, neural-emotional patterns, mindfulness and mindlessness, alongside the emerging research in areas of quantum biology, epigenetics, neurocardiology and biocognition.

We will work with practical tools and techniques to build new baseline patterns of thinking and feeling. As we bring alignment to our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, we dissolve the constant conflict between our inner and outer worlds. When we bring into harmony what we think, feel, say and do we feel energised, balanced, composed, healthy and in control.

This program includes three stress and well being assessments and an Inner Balance Coherence Plus sensor and App to measure HRV in real time to track and measure progress.

I am a father, a husband and a student of spiritual science.
